Best Western Garden Inn

Stayed twice. Carol checked us in and told us about their great restaurant. She wasn’t wrong. Lovely food and cheaper than Denny’s across the road. Staff lovely. Can do your own laundry which was great. We travelled numerous places for 6 weeks so that was great. Lovely room. We returned for 2 nights later in the month as we enjoyed it there. This was even a better room, right opposite the water fountain, so enjoyed watching the birds come and wash and drink. Even saw a humming bird. Very relaxing place. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Great bestwestern hotel. Rooms are clean and always in great condition. Pool steps from some rooms. My go to place to stay when in the area. Prices are very reasonable

Great best western! Friendly stay and comfortable rooms.

I stayed at this hotel separate four times and had a good experience every single time. The rooms are very clean and the spa is a nice amenity, but my favorite thing is the on-site diner. Just wake up in the morning and roll out of bed with your pajamas on. Open your room door and walk about 100 feet to the diner. Easy Peezy! The menu is limited to a short list of selections, but the food quality is good and you will spend half the amount of what Denny’s or IHOP charges. The diner does take cash only, but you can have it charged to your room number if you only have a debit or credit card. I prefer using the cash so I can tip Rosie (the server). The lady Claudia at the front desk is very sweet and she works the weekends. I’m not sure, but I think she’s the owner. Anyways, there were a couple times I asked for extra towels and she gave me as many towels as I asked for, no problem. (My kids use too many towels) As far as Best Westerns go, this one is better the 95% of them.

We chose this hotel sight-unseen based on good reviews and good price. We arrived at night. The very modest exterior made us wonder if we had made a mistake, and the room looked like a time warp from 1960, but the room was very spacious, and the beds very comfortable. The next morning we realized that our room came with a really lovely patio "back yard." We stayed several days, liking it better each day. We had to pay for breakfast, but not that much, and the quality of the food was vastly superior to the typical freebie. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful.

A very nice Best Western. Rooms are all on ground level, so very quiet with no footsteps overhead. Lovingly cared for grounds with lush plants, clean pool and hot tub.

I’m leaving this review for Melanie. She was so wonderful and attentive when we had a charge issue. I had been overcharged a lottt and I called the next day. Melanie was thorough and kind, and I feel she changed my entire attitude after getting to speak with her. She fixed the overcharge and was sweet. Thank you Melanie!

My husband and I stayed here during a roadtrip over the holidays. We really enjoyed this particular Best Western. The grounds were really pretty and I can see why it's called the Garden Inn. The location was excellent and there are many food places and restaurants within walking distance. The room was very clean and I can tell it had recently been renovated or touched up. Everything was spotless and bright. The bed was very comfortable and there were many lamps on the room for adequate lighting. I just cannot stress the cleanliness enough. I dislike when I stay in a hotel room that's looks like it's seen better days. This room wasn't like that at all! All of the staff at this hotel were very friendly and sweet. Everyone smiled and said hello. Breakfast was not included with the stay but they have an on-site café where you can pay for Breakfast. The café was very clean and cozy and welcoming. The staff was very sweet and our service was excellent. The food was very affordable and delicious! I thought it was a great value and it was so convenient to be able to walk to the café from our room. We went both mornings that we were there. The hotel is also dog friendly which is a huge plus! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the jacuzzi was closed during our stay. That was very disappointing as we chose this particular location for the jacuzzi. That's part of the experience when you stay at a hotel and part of the amenities that you pay for. It's something we really enjoy in the evenings when we stay at a hotel. So hopefully they get that fixed and have it open year round for guests. Especially during winter.

Pleasantly surprised! Much nicer than some of the 4-5 star hotels we have stayed. Will definitely stay here again when passing thru!

Such a cute place. Clean and quiet. Just wish the pool was open while we were there.
